Accommodation and transportation
All
participants, coaches, judges and officials will live in the designated hotel
(four star, 8km away from the venue). Guests in the hotel have their breakfast
and dinner at the hotel and lunch in the club.
They have prepared two buses with 50 seats,
two buses with 20-30 seats and ten cars for all the participants, judges and
officials. Preliminary, four parking lots are available.
3.
Venue
The
equipment for eliminating waves has been designed and will be manufactured till
the end of May. It will be ready before June 10th.
4.
Advertisement
The
title of the event will be named after the Beijing Agricultural and Commercial
Bank. The bank has a long term cooperation with the Foban group.
